Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers a lot more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish your requirements, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and developed in order to make rough terrain forklifts as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more accurate way. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to place loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being engineered and developed all the time and would debut in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom will compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
