End Control Forklifts
The stand-up end control lift truck is a really flexible machinery and is common in the material handling business. These machinery have great performance characteristics which are quite comparable to sit-down electric forklift models.
These lift truck units are ideal for warehouse settings that have limited space. The space required to use these equipment are less than the three-wheel electric forklift truck needs. These machines are an excellent option for applications that need frequent off and on access, since their stand-up design is an excellent characteristic.
A lot of companies used a reach truck to maintain their storage facilities. These loading machines can arrange finished goods on pallets and materials to be stored or stacked into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck offers safe and simple retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also an excellent option for those who prefer to store pallets of products they do not need for immediate use in an efficient and safe way.
The basic reach truck unit is outfitted with an out-rigging mechanism situated on the front of the truck. A set of telescoping tines which move up and down are mounted to the out-rigging. The forks additionally have a hydraulic setup which enables the driver to lift the load and reposition it over the out-riggers. This particular design not just gives a lot more balance to the whole load, but makes it easier for the reach truck to move into narrow aisles between the storage shelves.
Once the designated shelf has been identified, the hydraulic forks swing into action and lower the pallet into the shelving unit, helping to slide the load into position. Usually, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle which is less than 10 feet wide without problems, so long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
